My mission: GIVE EVERY KID IN THE WORLD THE CHANCES TO SUCCEED ! I am a very enthusiastic and motivated person on a daily basis. I excel in project management working individually or in a diverse team (Europe/Africa/Asia). Moreover, I am a digital addict, I love start-ups and innovation, and I spend a lot of time discovering what our future will be! After 15 years as an international HR manager, I decided to have an impact on our society through education and created Soft Kids, a company that develops children's social-behavioural skills. My topics and expertise are education, soft skills, HR strategy, virtual management in a multicultural environment and I do not hesitate to discuss them in conferences. Finally, I do not see my life without civic investment and I am very involved in various associations.
